Horizontal Series Inline High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier combines compactness and convenience. It is suitable for small-batch operations, outperforming batch-type dispersing emulsifiers. It can simulate online working conditions in the laboratory for circulation or online continuous processing, featuring high efficiency, homogenization, and no dead corners for dispersion. Equipped with an original German motor, it ensures more stable operation and lower noise.
High-speed motor, with optional stainless steel jacketed working chamber or glass working chamber. The high-speed rotating rotor cooperates with the precision stator working chamber, generating strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision relying on high linear speed, so that the materials are fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed, and finally stable high-quality products are obtained.
